Registration

Registration is mandatory. Registration fees are listed below:

Your registration to the conference will be effective once the registration fees have been paid.

Oral & poster presentations

During abstract submissions, the authors will have to choose an oral or poster presentation. However, depending on the total amount of oral communication requested, the scientific commitee could modifiy these choices. The abstract must be written in English, according to the template available online (cf. Submitt an abstract).

Oral presentations

Oral presentation will last 15 minutes followed by discussion time. Presentations can be in English or in French, in any case your media (ppt, pptx or pdf format) should be in English.

Posters

Poster dimensions follow A0 standard size (91 cm wide x 122 cm tall) and must be written in English. Posters will be exposed all along the duration of the meeting and will also be presented during a defined specific poster session.

Abstract submission

Abstracts must be typed using the Template available here. The entire document, including title, affiliation and references (if any), should not exceed 1 page-long.

Abstrcats must be written in English. They will be included in a book of abstracts to be given at the meeting.

Friendly events

Registration fees include coffee breaks and lunches.

A "Wine and Cheese" party will be held during the Monday poster session.

A gala dinner is proposed upon registration (50 € per person) in a local restaurant, on Tuesday evening.
